Arrosez-les de jus de citron.<\/p>\n<p>2<br \/>\n\u00c9pluchez et coupez en d\u00e9s la mangue.<\/p>\n<p>3<br \/>\nPr\u00e9parez le tourteau et recueillez la chair.
