Ajouter\u00a0le jus de lime, la coriandre\u00a0et les oignons verts.\u00a0M\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p>2 : Dans un autre bol,\u00a0m\u00e9langer la mayonnaise\u00a0avec le sambal oelek.\u00a0Incorporer \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration\u00a0au saumon.<\/p>\n<p>3 : Incorporer la moutarde\u00a0\u00e0 l\u2019ancienne et les c\u00e2pres.\u00a0Saler et poivrer. R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer\u00a010 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4 : Pr\u00e9parer le guacamole.\u00a0Peler les avocats, puis couper\u00a0grossi\u00e8rement la chair.\u00a0D\u00e9poser dans le contenant\u00a0du robot culinaire avec le\u00a0jus de lime et la coriandre.\u00a0M\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019obtention\u00a0de la texture d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.\u00a0Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>5 : Au moment de servir,\u00a0incorporer 30 ml (2 c. \u00e0\u00a0soupe) de flocons de\u00a0tempura au tartare.<\/p>\n<p>6 : \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un emporte-pi\u00e8ce\u00a0ou d\u2019un petit ramequin,\u00a0dresser le tartare\u00a0dans les assiettes.
