Hachez la ciboulette.<br \/>\nDans un grand bol, m\u00e9langez la cr\u00e8me, le fromage blanc, la moutarde, le jambon, le fromage, la ciboulette, la muscade, salez et poivrez g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement.<br \/>\nD\u00e9coupez 4 carr\u00e9s de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e de 10-12 cm de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Piquez-les avec une fourchette. D\u00e9posez-les sur une plaque du four recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<br \/>\nAu centre de chaque carr\u00e9 de p\u00e2te, d\u00e9posez 2 c. \u00e0 soupe environ du m\u00e9lange cr\u00e8me-jambon-fromage. Rabattez les 4 coins de p\u00e2te sur la garniture.<br \/>\nBadigeonnez de dorure au pinceau, avant d&#8217;enfourner 20 &#8211; 25 min environ.
